CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Caerula Mar team members will make every effort to adjust these times to suit your flight times or to arrange for storage of your luggage so that you may enjoy the resort until your departure. Late check out fees may apply. Charges incurred during your stay will be settled at time of departure on credit card and statements will be forwarded to you by e-mail within 2 days of your departure.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be automatically charged to your credit card without further notice. If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due and is non-refundable.

DURATION OF STAY

Caerula Mar Club does not accept reservations of less than 3 nights excluding our ‘Holiday’ period. Our Holiday period (Example: December 20, 2025 through January 2, 2026, inclusive) is a 5-night minimum. Payments for all holiday reservations are due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum night stay exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis if you are making your reservation 14 days prior to arrival.

SMOKING

Caerula Mar Club is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within any of the buildings on the CMC property; however, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted. In the event that a guest smokes within a guest room or villa, Caerula Mar reserves the right to charge a Deep Cleaning Fee to the room occupant.

AGE REQUIREMENTS & FAMILY INFORMATION

Children aged 10 and older are welcome in all accommodations at Caerula Mar Club. While we do not offer child-care services, lifeguards, or recreational programming, families who feel their children are well-suited to the serene nature of the resort are invited to reach out—we’re happy to discuss exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please note that children 12 and older are considered adults for dining purposes, and guests must be 18 or older to check in. Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children throughout their stay.
